Please read our return conditions carefully before placing an order.

14-day return window

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unused, with its original packaging intact.

Important — sealed products

dear Sibylla colour palettes are sealed with a protective film at the time of dispatch. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been unsealed after delivery and that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons. Once the protective seal has been removed, the product is no longer eligible for return or refund.

If you have any questions about whether your item qualifies for a return before unsealing it, please contact us first.

How to request a return

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@dearsibylla.com before sending anything back. Please include your order number and reason for the return. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at contact@dearsibylla.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, with photographic evidence. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact@dearsibylla.com

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
