Where we ship

dear Sibylla currently ships to France, Italy, and Germany.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days within France and 5–10 business days for Italy and Germany. These are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier and local postal conditions. dear Sibylla cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Shipping is not complimentary unless a specific promotional offer states otherwise.

Tracking

Where available, a tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.

Lost or undelivered packages
